Happy New Year

E. Allegro.jpg  Elizabeth helped make our Christmas Recital a big success.  Thank you to all the students who participated and to all of the families for supporting them that evening and in the weeks prior as they practiced.  Congratulations to all the students on a job well-done.  I know I had fun–I hope they did, too.

I hope everyone had a wonderful holiday season.

January is upon us and with it, the Goals.  The MTNA Music Achievement Program starts this week.  Please return all permission slips (They are found in the folders I gave you this fall) signed at lessons this week.  I will bill you on your invoices next month–please do not send money now.  The program is $10.  It is the only extra activity I charge for–the Piano Explorer magazine and your membership in the musiclearningcommunity.com is free!  Please take dvantage of this program.  I will be assuming that each of you will unless I hear otherwise.  For more information, please read the page in the folder that addresses it specifically.

Congratulations to former student Chaundre Broomfield, who is studying music and acting at SUNY Purchase.  He just released his first Christmas video on youtube.  Check it out!!  He is a major talent and will make a big splash in the pond.

The next group activity will be the studio festival in March.  Please don’t hesitate to call if you have any questions on any of our activities.
